Left 4 Dead took the world by storm in 2008 and still holds up to this day. With Back 4 Blood getting its first release of DLC in April, I wanted to revisit Left 4 Dead and Left 4 Dead 2.
Left 4 Dead
Left 4 Dead has some of the best level design I have ever seen in any of these co-op first-person shooter games. The beauty of Left 4 Dead is each campaign is its own thing, you can play them in order, but you don’t have to. If you want a quick burst of zombie killing action, each chapter per campaign can provide that.
Each level dive will cover the campaigns as a whole. No Mercy, for example, will have its own level dive page. I will not cover each level within the campaign.
